Happy Principal Appreciation Day
Superintendent's Department
News Photo

As we recognize the extraordinary efforts of our principals, assistant principals and dean of students during the state’s Principal Appreciation Week, I offer my sincere gratitude for their leadership and dedication.
A proclamation signed by Governor Rauner highlights the important role of these administrators in education and their support toward the growth of children in elementary, middle and secondary schools across the State of Illinois. As we celebrate our District 70 leaders during Principal Appreciation Day on Friday, October 21, 2016, I am tremendously grateful and incredibly proud of all that they do for the children, parents and staff throughout our learning community.

Dr. Guy Schumacher
