Email Updates
Emails from District 70 will be sent to the primary parent/guardian email addresses (including two household families) used when registering via PowerSchool.
ParentSquare
D70's new districtwide communication tool that can be accessed directly through email, web, and a mobile app will boost engagement and provide secure access while consolidating emails, newsletters, and updates from teachers and district officials in a single location. District Newsletters
District 70 electronic newsletters are emailed to all families twice a month, on the second & fourth Fridays of each month when school is in session. School newsletters are shared on the first & third Fridays of the month. Families can choose what language they receive the newsletter in via ParentSquare. D70's printed newsletter is mailed to the community three to four times a year.
Facebook/Instagram
D70's Facebook and Instagram pages post D70 good news, student and staff accomplishments, and allows for some community engagement. Some teachers also use Instagram for classroom news.
