Dept. Of Human Resources Honors

Top Work Places 2015 and 2018:

In 2015 and 2018, District 70  was awarded Top Work Places. The honors are hosted by Chicago Tribune. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through leading research firms that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. The anonymous surveys measure several aspects of work place culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

A Top Work Place must meet our strict standards for organizational health. Time and time again, research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.
