Illinois Law requires that all students attending Libertyville District 70 be bona fide residents of the district. The District will attempt to verify residency with third-party software specific to this task. If residency is unable to be verified the parent will receive an email or letter from the Registrar requesting additional information in order to proceed.
After steps 1 and 2 are complete, the parent will receive an email with their PowerSchool Parent Access Account information. Parent must create an account and then login to the PowerSchool Parent Portal to complete the online registration process. Registration is not complete until steps 1-5 have been finished.
You may pay fees through the District 70 Fee Payment Portal, RevTrak, or you may bring in a check or cash to the District Office if you do not want to pay online. If your family is in need of financial assistance or free and reduced lunch, you may apply for a Waiver of Fees. Please download the Financial Aid Information and Forms and return the paperwork via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail or in person to: Educational Resource Center (ERC), 1381 W. Lake St, Libertyville, IL 60048, Attention: Registrar.
The child's Birth Certificate, with an official seal, must be brought to the Registrar at the District Office, Educational Resource Center. A hospital certificate is not sufficient. The District will make a copy and return the original. The registrar is available from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:30 on days school is in session. THIS STEP can be completed at any time during the registration process but must be done before registration is considered complete.
