District 70 believes that involvement in public schools by businesses and community members makes a significant contribution to the lives of children. Since 1994, Partners for Excellence in Education has been supporting District 70 teachers and students with programs and resources they would not ordinarily receive as part of their educational experience. Today we are proud to have a vibrant and meaningful business partnership supporting District 70. To date, business partners have contributed more than $200,000 to a highly-successful mini-grant program that supports unique, creative projects and programs that teachers design for their classrooms.
