Enrollment

With an outstanding and qualified staff,  District 70 encompasses five award-winning schools with f our K-5 elementary schools (including Little Sprouts Preschool housed at Butterfield School), and one middle school (6–8 grades), with enrollment hovering around 2,200 students.

• Adler Park School has about 235 students enrolled;
• Rockland has about 300 students;
• Copeland Manor has about 360 students;
• Butterfield School has about 418 students;
• and Highland Middle School severs about 855 students each year. 

Bell Schedule

• Elementary schools begins at 8:15 a.m. with dismissal at 2:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. 
• Middle school students start at 8:50 a.m. with dismissal at 3:35 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Little Sprouts Preschool runs in the morning session from 8:30 to 11 a.m., and from noon to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. 

Extracurricular Activities 

A variety of extracurricular activities are available for K-8 students at each of the schools, providing opportunities to become involved and invested in all that the schools have to offer.
