All About Mr. Jarosz

This will be a truly exciting year together. My name is Joe Jarosz, and I will be your fourth grade teacher.

This will be my sixteenth year teaching at Butterfield. I spent the first ten years here teaching third grade, and am now entering my fifth year as a 4th grade teacher! Before joining District 70 in the spring of 2006, I graduated from Carroll College, in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with a degree in Elementary Education. In the spring of 2010 I also received my master's degree in reading through Concordia University in Chicago.

I grew up here in Libertyville, attended Highland Middle School, and went on to receive my high school education from LHS. I was given a phenomenal education within the Libertyville Public School District, and I am proud to be a part of it.

I am extremely eager to begin teaching all of our fourth graders. Throughout the year, your children will grow significantly and I am thrilled to be a part of that. It will be a year filled with excitement!
