Reading Interventionist
Hi! My name is Meriann Negovetich and this is my 24rd year teaching and 22nd year in District 70. I began my D70 career as a Special Education teacher at Butterfield School. Over the years, I have also had the pleasure of working part time at Rockland and St. Joseph schools. I have also taught first and second grades. Currently I am working at Copeland Manor as a Reading Interventionist.
I received my undergraduate degree in Special Education and Elementary certification from Northeastern Illinois University. I also have a masters in Technology in Education from Lesley University. In my free time I enjoy biking/hiking, traveling and being on the beach.
I am looking forward to another successful school year!
